We think The Salad Shoppe preparation and processes are unsurpassed. We take field fresh lettuce and romaine straight from the box in which it was packed in the fields.  At the start of every day, we rinse and hand chop our lettuces for optimum daily freshness. Our quality is never compromised by the addition of produce preservatives. All of our packaged salads, sandwiches and wraps are created fresh each day.
